Terms and Conditions of Just Go Limited
The terms and conditions outlined below are governing the use of justgo.ie website.
Our website can be linked to other websites that are not managed by us. We are not
responsible for the content of this website, nor do these links imply endorsement
by us of this website.
- You must be over 18 years old.
- The person who makes the bookings accepts the terms and conditions outlined below
on behalf of all members of the party and is responsible for all payment due from
the party.
- By booking your accommodation type with Just Go Limited you are entering into a
contract with the accommodation provider.
- It is the client's responsibility to read the terms and conditions before entering
into a contract with the accommodation provider.
- Just Go Limited is the accommodation bookings agent (as opposed to a tour operator);
therefore your reservation is made directly with the hotel, selfcatering provider,
guesthouse provider, bed & breakfast provider, or other accommodation provider you
have chosen.
- Just Go Limited will email confirmation of bookings made through its website or
call centre. On receipt of your confirmation from Just Go Limited it is your responsibility
that you check and confirm all reservations details.
- Just Go Limited must be notified of any discrepancies within 24 hours of receiving
the confirmation. After 24 hours we cannot rectify the booking and an amendment
charge may apply.
- All hotels and accommodation providers use their own booking and reservations systems.
When you arrive at your accommodation, the name on the confirmation email from Just
Go Limited will be your reference at the hotel. The accommodation will be reserved
under the name that was specified on the booking form at the time of making the
booking.
- The confirmation from Just Go Limited should be presented to the accommodation provider
on arrival as this confirms both poof of booking and proof of pre-payment.
- Payments processed by JustGo Limited in relation to hotels, guesthouses and B&B
Accommodation are your booking deposit only. The remaining payment for accommodation
or any extras during your stay at the accommodation such as meals, drinks, car parking
etc must be made directly to the hotel or accommodation provider.
- Payments processed by Just Go Limited for Self Catering Accommodation providers
will be the full amount of your holiday.
- Most hotels, guesthouses or B&B accommodation providers will require a credit card
imprint on arrival and payment owing to the hotel or other accommodation must be
settled directly with your accommodation provider.
- By booking through Just Go Limited you are agreeing to allow Just Go Limited to
pass on your personal information to the relevant accommodation provider in order
to complete the booking and allow booking confirmation.
- All bookings made with a credit, debit or laser card will incur a booking fee of €1.00
All selfcatering bookings made with a credit, debit or laser card will incur a booking fee of €5.00
- All offers on the website of JustGo.ie are subject to availability. Just Go Limited
accepts no responsibility if the accommodation advertised is not available for the
dates requested by you.
Hotels
Star ratings, website content, pictures, offers and images are provided by our suppliers
on the Just Go Website. As an accommodation booking agent (as opposed to a tour
operator) Just Go Limited cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies in the
accommodation provider property descriptions, images, site content nor can be accept
any liability for changes to facilities within the accommodation which are not communicated
to us by the hotel.
SelfCatering Accommodation
Star ratings, website content, pictures, offers and images are provided by our supplies
on the Just Go Website. As an accommodation booking agent (as opposed to a tour
operator) Just Go Limited cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies in the
accommodation provider property descriptions, images, site content nor can be accept
any liability for changes to facilities within the accommodation which are not communicated
to us by the accommodation provider.
Security Deposit at Self Catering Accommodation
Most Self Catering accommodation providers will require a security deposit on arrival.
Other additional payments may also be owing to the self catering accommodation provider
for example ESB, Heating, travel cots etc. Any additional costs to the Self Catering
accommodation must be settled directly with the Self Catering accommodation provider.
Guest House Accommodation

accommodation provider property descriptions, images, site content nor can be accept

to us by the accommodation provider.
B&B or Hostel Accommodation

on the Just Go Website. As an accommodation booking agent (as opposed to a tour
operator) Just Go Limited cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies in the
accommodation provider property descriptions, images, site content nor can be accept
any liability for changes to facilities within the accommodation which are not communicated
to us by the accommodation provider.
Cancellation Policy for hotels, B&B and guesthouses:
The client agrees that the cancellation policy regarding Self Catering accommodation
booked is:
Within 3-14 days
In the event of the cancellation (within 3-14 of travel) Justgo.ie shall be entitled
to retain the initial booking deposit paid by the customer.
0-3 Days of arrival
In the event of cancellation (within 0-3 days of travel) Justgo.ie shall be entitled
to retain 1 night's accommodation. The customer will incur a loss of 1 night's accommodation
which will be charged to the credit card or laser card given at the time of booking.
Cancellation policy – Self catering Accommodation Provider
The client agrees that the cancellation policy regarding Self Catering accommodation
booked is:
For Travel within 7-14 days
In the event of the cancellation (within 7-14 days of travel) Justgo.ie will charge
the customer 50% cancellation fee from the amount of the booking paid. The remaining
balance due back to the customer will be paid to the credit card used at the time
of booking 48 hours after the original travel date.
Within 0-7 Days of arrival
In the event of the cancellation (within 0-7 days of travel) Justgo.ie will charge
the customer the full amount of the booking. Therefore you will forfeit 100% of
the cost of the booking.
Customer Complaints:
If a customer is dissatisfied with any aspect of their hotel, guesthouse, B&B, SelfCatering
accommodation or other accommodation provided. The customer MUST report this directly
for the attention of the hotel management or accommodation provider immediately.
The accommodation provider should be given every opportunity to rectify the situation.
Just Go Limited will not accept any liability in relation to customer dissatisfaction
with any aspect of their hotel, guest house, B&B, SelfCatering Accommodation or
other accommodation provider. Any dissatisfaction with an accommodation provider
must be dealt with directly with that Provider. Just Go Limited is an accommodation
booking agent only.
Any dispute with a hotel, selfcatering, guesthouse, B&B or other accommodation provider
listed on Just Go Limited who leaves their accommodation before the duration of
their stay are not guaranteed any refunds or voucher from Just Go Limited.
Indemnification
Justgo.ie shall not be liable in the event of damages, losses, claims, (howsoever
arising) demands, recoveries, deficiencies, costs or expenses including without
limitation, legal fees and expenses which a party may suffer or incur in connection
with any stay at your hotel or any accommodation type uploaded to the Justgo.ie
website.
Personal Data and Data Protection
All data given to Justgo.ie is governed by the Data Protection Act 1988 (as amended).
Arbitration Clause
The operator agrees that any dispute arising in relation to the terms and conditions
or operation of the agreement herein shall be determined by an Arbitrator as agreed
between the parties and in default of agreement same shall be nominated by the President
of the Law Society of Ireland.
