How do I make a booking?

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Our payment page is secure and your credit card details will be encrypted once entered

When do I have to pay for my reservation at a Hotel, B&B or Guesthouse?

A booking deposit for your holiday will be payable to Justgo.ie. The amount will be clearly stated on your booking. The remainder of the payment as stated on your booking and on your confirmation sent by Justgo.ie is payable to your hotel or accommodation provider.

When do I have to pay for my reservation for Self Catering Accommodation?

The full payment of your booking for selfcatering accommodation will be payable at the time of making your booking to Just Go Limited

What credit cards are accepted by Just Go Limited?

Visa Card, Matercard, Laser

Is there a booking fee for hotel, B&B or Guesthouse accommodation?

Please note: A booking fee of €1.00 will be added to your card if you use a credit card. There is no fee for laser transactions

Is there a booking fee for Self Catering Accommodation?

Please note: A booking fee of €5.00 will be added to your card if you use a credit card. There is no fee for laser transactions

In what currency do we take payment?

Bookings originating in the Republic of Ireland the payment will be in Euro.
Bookings originating in Northern Ireland payment will be in sterling.

Who am I making the payment to?

The booking deposit payment is made directly to Just Go Limited for hotels, guest houses and B&B Accommodations.
The remaining amount of your booking is payable to the hotel or accommodation provider.

The package on Justgo.ie will state what is included in your booking. Payments for car park, leisure facilities etc may be extra – Please check directly with your hotel or accommodation provider

When do I have to pay for my reservation for Self Catering Accommodation?

The full amount of the holiday package is payable to Just Go Limited for Self Catering accommodation types.
Please note: A security deposit payment may be applicable with self catering accommodation and you should check directly with your self catering accommodation provider.

The website is owned by Just Go Limited, a registered Limited Company in Ireland, Company Number 476926.

What credit cards are accepted by the accommodation provider I wish to book?

Each hotel or accommodation provider has listed the credit cards accepted by them on the payment accept section of their web page.

Can I specify my room location or preference?

If special requested are accepted by the hotel or accommodation provider, a section will appear on the form when making the reservation. The hotel staff or accommodation provider will do their utmost to accommodate your request. However we cannot make any guarantees your request will be granted as we are subject to last minute availability when travelling with Just Go Limited

How will I receive notification that my booking has been made?

Once you have made your booking on Justgo.ie, an email confirmation will be sent to you by Just Go Limited giving notification of your booking. The email address will be the one you have entered into your personal information on Step 2 of the booking process.
The hotel or accommodation provider also receives notification of your booking and they will contact you directly.

What do I do if I have not received any notification of my booking?

Please email administration@justgo.ie if you do not receive your confirmation within 30 minutes of finalising your booking

Does the price include breakfast?

Breakfast is not always included, please review the booking

Will I incur any additional charges?

The package on Justgo.ie will state what is included in your booking. Payments for car park, leisure facilities etc may be extra – Please check directly with your hotel or accommodation provider

Is the price per person?

The packages on this website are priced per person sharing

Is the price per night?

Prices are based on the package you have selected. The total price you pay is for the duration of the package chosen

Do I have to make any further payments?

When you make a booking with Justgo.ie, the booking deposit will be deducted from your credit card plus the booking fee applicable.

In the case of hotels, B&B or guesthouses, you will pay the hotel or accommodation provider the remaining balance on your statement for the package booked through justgo.ie.

You will also pay to the hotel or accommodation provider directly for any extras not included in your package i.e. parking, dining, leisure facilities, breakfast etc.

In the case of Self Catering accommodation, the full payment of your accommodation plus the booking fee is charged by Justgo.ie.

Please note extra charges may be applicable with self catering accommodation and you should check directly with your self catering accommodation provider.

Cancelling Reservations
 
Cancellation Policy for hotels, B&B and guesthouses:

Within 3-90 days

The client of Justgo.ie agrees:

In the event of the cancellation (within 3-90 of travel) Justgo.ie shall be entitled to retain the initial booking deposit paid by the customer. The customer should contact justgo.ie by email to customerservice@justgo.ie or by phone to 053-9178111 to notify us of the cancellation.

0-3 Days of arrival

The Client of Justgo.ie agrees

The customer will incur a loss of 1 night's accommodation which will be charged to the credit card or laser card given at the time of booking. The customer should contact the hotel directly if travel is within 0-3 days of cancellation.

Cancellation policy – Self catering Accommodation Provider

The client of Justgo.ie agrees

Travel within 7-90 days

In the event of the cancellation (within 7-90 days of travel) Justgo.ie will charge the customer 50% cancellation fee. The customer should contact justgo.ie by email to customerservice@justgo.ie or by phone to 053-9178111 to notify us of the cancellation. The remaining balance due back to the customer will be paid to the credit card used at the time of booking 48 hours after the original travel date

0-3 Days of arrival, Within 0-7 Days of arrival

In the event of the cancellation (within 0-7 days of travel) Justgo.ie will charge the customer the full amount of the booking. The customer should contact justgo.ie by email to customerservice@justgo.ie or by phone to 053-9178111 to notify us of your cancellation.

Customer Complaints:

As your feedback is important to us, you can email customerservice@justgo.ie letting us know of your experience with your accommodation provider.

Justgo.ie would advise if a customer is dissatisfied with any aspect of their hotel, guesthouse, B&B, SelfCatering accommodation or other accommodation provided. The customer MUST report this directly for the attention of the hotel management or accommodation provider immediately. The accommodation provider should be given every opportunity to rectify the situation.

Just Go Limited will not accept any liability in relation to customer dissatisfaction with any aspect of their hotel, guest house, B&B, SelfCatering Accommodation or other accommodation provider. Any dissatisfaction with an accommodation provider must be dealt with directly with that Provider. Just Go Limited is an accommodation booking agent only.

Any dispute with a hotel, selfcatering, guesthouse, B&B or other accommodation provider listed on Just Go Limited who leaves their accommodation before the duration of their stay are not guaranteed any refunds or voucher from Just Go Limited.

SelfCatering Accommodation - Where do I get directions to the property?

The directions to each property are on the website www.justgo.ie under locations and directions. We ask each accommodation provider to GPS co-ordinates also

How do I get in contact with the caretaker or owner of the property?

Once you have made your booking with Justgo.ie a email confirmation will be sent to you by Justgo.ie to confirm your booking. We will also send email confirmation to the selfcatering property owner and they will contact you directly with the information you need.

Am I restricted as to what time I can arrive?

This will vary from property to property but you will receive email confirmation from your selfcatering accommodation giving you details you need for your holiday

Is there any extras charges payable on arrival?

This will vary from property to property please check your confirmation from the selfcatering accommodation provider in relation to any extra charges you may occur

Indemnification

Justgo.ie shall not be liable in the event of damages, losses, claims, (howsoever arising) demands, recoveries, deficiencies, costs or expenses including without limitation, legal fees and expenses which a party may suffer or incur in connection with any stay at your hotel or any accommodation type uploaded to the Justgo.ie website.

All data given to Justgo.ie is governed by the Data Protection Act 1988 (as amended)
